We are deeply passionate about supporting physical and mental health and wellness through a “food as medicine” approach. Our goal is to help individuals identify nutritional and lifestyle factors that contribute to chronic symptoms. Through a comprehensive evaluation, individualized nutritional recommendations, lifestyle modifications, and testing we can support your wellness journey. Through our education and personal experiences we believe gut health is the foundation on which to rebuild and restore both physical and mental health, so we'll focus on that!

It is the combination of our educational and personal experiences that has led us to create this space. It is our love of nutrition and our belief that nutrients are powerful contributors to maintaining and restoring our health, that has led us to collaborate. Our approach is holistic, thoughtful, evidenced based, respectful, and compassionate.
